Your 2027 Training Calendar Has Arrived
Thank you for considering CSC for your team's training needs.
Each training is carefully crafted with exclusively independent laundries in mind, it's kind of our thing. This means there is no national competitor sitting next to your team member. Instead, they are uplifted and supported by other like-minded individuals who understand exactly what they are up against.
We host over 20 in-person events a year covering sales and marketing, service leadership, plant and production operations, human resources, ownership, rising next-generation leadership, service teams and RSRs, Women in Laundry Leadership, and even a dedicated textile training that gives your team a behind-the-scenes look at how the products they work with every day are actually made.
As we head into 2027, we hope you find a training that could help a member of your team grow. It is said often, but it is true: the most valuable part of your business is your people. Invest in them.

Can I Attend a SOAPP, SECURE, or SMART Group Without Being a Member?
SOAPP, SECURE, and SMART are our membership-based training groups inside of CSCNetwork. Company membership for each group is $200 a month, which covers one representative attending each of the three annual meetings for that group. The only additional costs are travel, hotel, and an optional group dinner.
If your company has not attended before, you are eligible to send one team member as a trial. Our group meetings see Net Promoter Scores upwards of 85%, and many attendees have been part of these groups for 15+ years and still find value. We would love to help you find the right fit! Information About Obtaining a Passport for the Combined SMART & SECURE Meeting in Winnipeg, Canada
Our SMART and SECURE Group meeting in Winnipeg is going to be one you don't want to miss! Since we're heading across the border, now is the time to check your passport.
A couple of quick reminders: passports typically take 10-12 weeks to process, so if yours has expired or is close to it, don't wait. Also double check that your passport meets the required expiration window for travel into Canada.
