Royal Basket Trucks, Inc. Acquires Leebaw Manufacturing Company

Leebaw will continue to Operate as Canfield Cart Manufacturing, LLC

Royal Basket Trucks, Inc., a leading U.S. manufacturer of material handling solutions, announced today that it has acquired the manufacturing and distribution assets of Leebaw Manufacturing Company. The acquisition officially closed on May 1, 2026. Going forward, the business will operate as Canfield Cart Manufacturing, LLC, under the leadership of Jeff Raymer and his team.

Founded in 1947 and based in Canfield, Ohio, Leebaw Manufacturing Company has built a strong reputation for reliability, craftsmanship, and customer service across the Retail, Medical, Laundry and Security Services industries. The acquisition strengthens Royal’s manufacturing portfolio while preserving the Leebaw quality and its long-standing customer relationships built over nearly eight decades.
