Muscatine, IA – Phelps is proud to share the official acquisition of A&M Services, a respected family-owned textile rental company based in Spencer, Iowa. On September 15, 2025, A&M became part of the Phelps Family. This acquisition has allowed us to continue A&M’s long-standing tradition of reliable, customer-first service while expanding our footprint further into Iowa, as well as parts of South Dakota, Minnesota, and Nebraska.
At Phelps, we’ve built our business on people, treating customers like family and showing up every day with dependable service and care. A&M shares that same commitment, and we’re grateful for the opportunity to continue the traditions they’ve cultivated since 1921.
All current A&M employees have remained on the team, ensuring customers continue to work with the same familiar faces and trusted contacts. Ryan Kasperbauer, who carried on his family’s legacy at A&M, now serves as Spencer’s Branch Manager, leading alongside his team. Together, Ryan and his group strengthen Phelps’ dedication to people-first service and deep community roots. With 148 years of combined service, Phelps and A&M are united in carrying forward a tradition of excellence.
