TRITEX SERVICES ANNOUNCES ACQUISITION OF JACKSON MAT AND TOWEL

TRENTON, GA – Tritex Services, a trusted provider of uniforms, facility services, mats, towels, aprons, and healthcare linen since 1989, is proud to announce the acquisition of Jackson Mat and Towel of Calhoun, GA. The acquisition was finalized on February 21, 2025.

This strategic acquisition marks an exciting step forward for Tritex Services, owned and operated by Jeff and Anita Forester. With a longstanding commitment to quality and customer service, Tritex has served businesses across Georgia, Tennessee, and Alabama for more than three decades.

Jackson Mat and Towel, owned by Alan and Donna Jackson, has been in operation since 2005. The company has built a solid reputation providing facility services, mats, and towels to businesses from Ringgold, GA to the northern metro Atlanta area.

Jackson Mat and Towel has served its customers with care and dedication for nearly 20 years. Tritex is honored to carry that legacy forward while expanding the range of products and services available to their valued customers.

This acquisition enables Tritex to strengthen its presence in Northwest Georgia and extend its footprint further south, enhancing service coverage between Chattanooga and Atlanta.
