Fifth-Generation Tingue Joins Management Team

Tingue, Brown & Co., the family-owned and managed supplier of after-market parts and supplies for the industrial laundry industry, proudly announces the addition of John Tingue to the management team of its Tingue division. John will serve as a Regional Sales Manager, overseeing Tingue’s business in the northern United States, from Indiana west.

John is the fifth generation Tingue to join the 123-year-old company. Prior to stepping into management, John successfully ran the Chicago-based sales territory, acquiring grassroots knowledge and insights into the industry that is the heartbeat of the family business.
John’s previous experience was with Hulu (a Disney company) and Twitch (an Amazon company) in marketing and tech sales – experience that will serve Tingue well as the company digitalizes their sales channels via their online e-commerce platform. John graduated from Indiana University with a degree in Media Policy.

John is jumping into the industry with both feet – attending and presenting at CSC, TRSA, and WTSA events. He was recently asked to join the Midwest Textile Services Association board of directors, and he is scheduled to attend Part III of TRSA’s EMI program this summer, John lives in Deerfield, Illinois with his wife Hannah.
