SOAPP Group Meeting

The SOAPP Group will be meeting in Atlanta, GA where a tour of M+A Matting will be held. Attendees will get a first hand view into two of M+A’s matting plants as well as the plant where rubber for the rubber is made.

The CSC SOAPP Group is a group of production and operations leaders from across the U.S. and Canada who meet three times a year to share ideas, tour plants, and find real-world ways to improve how their facilities run. Each meeting includes a plant tour, open group discussion about what attendees saw, and sessions focused on training in areas like safety, production flow, labor management, cost control, and overall plant efficiency.
