SMART & SECURE Combined Meeting
This is a special one. We are bringing our SMART and SECURE Groups together for a joint meeting in Winnipeg, Canada, hosted by Quintex Ltd. In addition to a plant tour of the Quintex facility, the combined group will dig into cross-department communication and how to break down the silos that can form between Sales and Service teams.
About SMART

About SECURE
The CSC SECURE Group brings together service professionals from CSC Member Laundries across the US and Canada three times a year. Built for Service Managers and General Managers who oversee service departments, each meeting covers leadership, upselling, customer retention, and service excellence, along with plant tours and peer discussions on shared challenges.
