We’re excited to share that registration is now officially open for the 2026 CSC Annual Convention, taking place March 18–19, 2026, at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas! Each year, this event brings together independent textile rental companies and CSC supplier partners for two days filled with education, collaboration, and new business opportunities.

As the largest gathering of independent laundries, the CSC Annual Convention is designed exclusively for our members. It’s a chance to step away from daily operations, connect with peers from across the industry, and return with fresh strategies and tools to move your business forward.

What to Expect

The 2026 agenda is packed with opportunities to learn and grow. Attendees will hear from dynamic keynote speakers who will share insights on leadership, innovation, and the future of business. Breakout sessions will dive into topics chosen specifically for CSC members, including AI and robotics, purchasing strategies, marketing trends, legal updates, and more. With practical, actionable takeaways, you’ll leave with ideas you can immediately put into practice at your company.

The Supplier Expo remains a centerpiece of the convention, featuring more than 90 CSC-approved suppliers. With a nearly 1:1 supplier-to-member ratio, the exhibit hall fosters meaningful conversations, whether you’re reconnecting with trusted partners or discovering new products and services.

Member Benefits

In addition to the educational and networking value, attending the convention also comes with a direct financial benefit. By participating in the General Membership Meeting on Wednesday morning, members are eligible for a Q2 dues rebate and one night of hotel reimbursement at Caesars Palace—a combined $1,300 value (one night room reimbursement per company).
