Temporary Tariff-Related Surcharge Effective June 1

Dear CSC Partners,

Thank you for your continued partnership and the trust you place in us to support your business.

We’re writing to inform you of a temporary 8.5% surcharge that will be applied as a separate invoice starting June 1, 2025. Starting July 1, 2025, this will become a line-item surcharge on the invoice. This surcharge is a direct result of increased costs driven by government-imposed tariffs, which are impacting our programs and products.

We will continue to honor all our current rebate agreements with CSC.

Signature napery, garment products made in Mexico, and hygiene items made in the USA will be excluded from the tariffs, as these are USMCA protected.

We want to be transparent: this is not a price increase. It’s a temporary measure intended to help offset the unexpected and sustained cost pressures from these tariffs.

Over the past several months, we’ve done everything we can to mitigate these increases without impacting our valued CSC customers. However, due to the scale and ongoing nature of these added tariffs, a short-term adjustment has become necessary. We know surcharges are never ideal, and we remain committed to removing this charge as soon as conditions allow.

Our focus continues to be on delivering the fast, reliable service, product quality, and supply consistency you depend on.
