Over the years\, Dan has worked with a wide range of leadership teams – many of them family-owned businesses – to build and execute strategic plans while strengthening teamwork\, communication\, and accountability. \nPreston Mackert is the Director of Operations and Client Coach. \nHe combines project management and research experience to help teams develop processes and efficiencies and identify opportunities to solve problems using technology. Preston joined Eli Lilly and Company out of college.
